After three years, I think it's now no problem to say Wang is a very good pitcher. In first years, we will say he has no strikeouts so he probably cannot stay long, but now Wang's K/9 is 5.06 (4.70 in 2007), not very high, but acceptable. And he still has low BB/9 and high GO/AO (thus low HR), even in sabermetrics Wang is reasonable to be good now.
And I should say he has so many wins because he always stays in game long. In Yankees you will have more wins, but at least you should keep pitching until the team bursts for lead. Wang always pitch into 6th inning, and often pitch into 7th. He has few not decided games, and in a winning team, he has many wins.
